Introducing Flip Premium

Since we launched, we’ve always tried to provide the most reliable card service you can use anywhere, anytime. It’s not been the easiest, but we’ve managed it. Making this happen means we must move stuff around quite a bit to keep them working. 

Flip Premium

From Wednesday 7th of September 2022, Cards will become exclusive to Flip Premium users. New and existing users will be able to become premium members from the 7th of September when they create new cards.

Asides from virtual cards with $10,000 monthly limits, becoming a premium member entitles you to early access to new Flip features and other cool stuff.

From the next update, 

• Access to Cards, which will become exclusive to premium users only from September 7th 2022, will cost a one-time fee of $2.99
• Creating a new card will cost a flat fee of $1.
• You’ll be charged $1.5 each time you fund your card
• You’ll be charged a maintenance fee of $2.5/month if you use your card more than once a month.

You don’t have to remember these details. The next time you update Flip, you’ll see a pop-up showing the fees that apply to you so you can keep sending and spending your crypto.

One of the core tenets of Web 3 and cryptocurrency is openness and we’re big on that as a team. We thought it was important to be upfront about these developments.
